I was looking into getting a lot of dental work done outside the US. I live in VA, but am willing to travel because of the cost savings. My friend told me they had dental work while on vacation in Panama, though I have also heard about Costa Rica & Mexico.
I have the complete treatment plan from by dentist that I can fax/mail to you or the clinic , & they can forward the digital pictures & x-rays.
