Can you all make someone a profile when they didn't make one themselves? Name, likes, age, etc?

Thank you for your question.
We want to inform you that in order to register an account on our website and become a Trusted Member, a person needs to pass verification and confirm his/her identity. They do so by presenting documents and recording a video. Once the Moderation team receives such information, the member's profile becomes verified, meaning there is a Trusted Member sign.
