Pinch me is great but sometimes i wonder when is my stember box is coming like really when its been over two months help me

It takes a long time, I've gotten boxes 6 months later. But each box was full of samples from trials I'd signed up for. Since it's free it's not bad at all.

Dealing with the same problem. I've emailed them twice and both times have been ignored. Pretty sure the whole thing is just a scam

I also have the 300 tokens to get a box but it seems there's nowhere to redeem it. I contacted customer service but they didn't get back with me. I'm really frustrated because I did a lot of surveys to get those tokens.
