I bought 12.99 talk service. Since had same area code, didn't think needed different number. After purchased it, got email said needed purchases one time $25. Since site don't have much info; I searched trying make sure doing it correct. Now I have call try get money back. Site should need be more informative, understandable or easier to find answers to questions.

Yes I would like to know that too. I like to know how they going to charge every time my inmate calls me.

Yes they will be a one time charge of $25. That's as much as like 5 phones calls I was paying. Very good savings.
