Hi guys. We are under alot of pressure today, as we have just received an email from a client who wants a refund unless their ordering system is working by this evening. We are still getting 2 issues where some orders are not being sent to the printer because it says fields are missing and the other issue is customers are not getting their passwords by email, but we have suggested a solution for this where the customer sets their own password. Can you see ID: XG1445601338 as an urgent priority please.

Gary, we already replied to your ticket explaining that the delay was caused due to the fact that for the last 3 days you did not reply to our question and you also sent wrong login details for your server! Anyway, as discussed in the support ticket everything is all set now. Please, use the support ticket to communicate with us, that's the fastest possible way!
