I can't imagine how this could happen. We're available for toll-free telephone and live chat five hours each business day. We answer emails 8 hours each day.

When a customer places an order we email a confirmation immediately, or if their card was declined we email them right away. When we ship the product we email the UPS tracking number as well.

There are NO instances where a person could place an order and not receive their product UNLESS their credit card was declined (and we ALWAYS email the client when that happens.)

We can resolve ALL delivery issues by phone, chat or email.

It confuses me why anyone would pay for a product and then not call the vendor if they don't receive it. Instead they just leave a negative post? Sorry, but that doesn't sound right to me.

Now, what Jon is saying seems to be the only 'honest' answer I have seen so far on this site. Since this site also owns the major review sites, (I've read what Priceonomics has written in detail and I know the parent company is a digital document printing LLC)... and reading such rubbish as being able to take Visa or mastercard payments mean everything must be fine. No dudes, any Merchant, dodgey or legit, can set up accounts which take Visa and Mastercard. Now, if you took PayPal, which can be challenged must easier no matter what the product (and there are dodgy Chinese companies which allow PP payment on eBay, for example), I would consider getting a 'novelty' item myself.

But I am noticing something rather alarming and that is a number of 'model' questions and answers on here contain the same type of spelling errors and mistake in grammar.

That would indicate to me that this site is writing both questions and answers and its' own reviews.

That makes me think MORE than twice.

I searched the internet and spoke with companies that would not provide any info, as soon as i contacted this company I could see that they were very transparent, and offered all information.The diploma I received was exactly like the one I had lost. Top service and would recommend highly.

Yes, they are VERY authentic with great quality work and fantastic customer service. I've went to several companies looking for good work. I either got scammed or very poor quality work. Try them and see for yourself. Ron

Jennifer, I wouldn't worry about that. I ordered from them in February and I received my package in 3 days. Now, it did have a mistake on it, a typo, but I called them and they were so nice to me. I spoke to a pleasant girl named Audrey, and she told me they would fix the problem. I had my new one the very next day from UPS. It was less the 24 hours from calling, and I had a new one! I was very pleased with them. A lot of these seem like very generic fake reviews, like the one man who said he received something that said "Your school name here" and the gentleman who worked for the company said they don't even have a seal like that. I can tell you, I own a real estate business, and if there is ever even a concern of fraud, a credit vendor like Visa & Mastercard wouldn't even allow you to use their service. These people accept credit cards, so clearly they aren't scam artists. Good luck with your endeavor and be blessed.
