I don't understand how to initiate an adoption through Petfinder. Can I call the agency with the dog in which I am interested? What is your process?

Does Petfinder look ever investigate the adoption organizations? No one ever responds to questions and they know nothing about the dogs on their site MY DOG IS AT A FOSTER AND IS NOW ON YOUR WEBSITE.
