Full fledged scam artists. They look legit at first glance but this is one big giant SCAM!

Answer:
I chose perpear.com because of availability of the product I was looking for which was sold out almost everywhere else. And because I was able to use PayPal to check out so if the worst ended up being the case (which did happen) and they were a scam artist site, then I would at least have the added protection of using PayPal.

Impossible. Phone number provided on the website is fake. Email address. Well I can't definitively say it's a fake email address but I sent an email and haven't received a response in about a week and counting.
