A great website for background checks and reverse phone look up at people--verified.com I've used them and worked well for me just depends on what you're looking for in a background check company.

I was just checking one person - once - and you offered free - you have taken from my bank account 19.99 monthly - I will authorize my bank to not allow any more payments - that is a rip off - I don't even use the system any longer.

If you look at the legal mumbo jumbo on their site it becomes clear that they are aware of the deceit and have there bases covered. I chalked it up as a loss for me. Fool me once, shame on me...
