Why does PCH say use your tokens for tonight drawing. I never ever win. And then one minute I am VIP and then I am not. Very confusing. No one WINS!!

It's just something to keep you drawn in. Being a VIP is just a title given, so that people will stay in the game. They sell junk items to people and people keep buying thinking they have a chance to win. PCH makes THEIR money from selling crap to people. NO ONE WINS!
