Sometimes that happens to me and I leave and come back later. Otherwise it could a technical problem with the site or your device. If you call PCH office to report this usually the problem issue can be taken care of.

Technology continues to move forward at an accelerated rate. The online game formats continue to be upgraded to match the rapidly higher level technology. The average person's computer from the department store is used till it dies. Not all computers formats can keep up with the technology, leading to the Bingo and other bugs. PCH, like other online games of chance, can upgrade itself, but not your home computer. Just play for fun to the extent the PCH games let you and be happy with that.

I cant seem to play the Bingo game. I always get an error message. When I tried to contact their cust. Service, I was told that it was a problem with my computer. They were of no help at all. The sweepstakes games will freeze occasionally and when I refresh, the game is forfeited. I did however, finally win 10 dollars. I received the check a while back in the mail. I don't know how I won it or for what contest or game it was for but the check was good. I can finally say that I'm a PCH winner.

Have you reported this to PCH? They will help or check the facts and questions for help. I have same problem sometime u have to go to troubleshooting page
