Hi Mindi, Thank you for purchasing from us. We're sorry to hear about the delay you've experienced in receiving an update on your order. Allow us to set your mind at ease. You may trust the email you received that your order is currently in transit towards you. We are based in California and we have a distribution center in Hong Kong, which is where most of our items come and ship from. We work with many brands around the world who produce clothes, accessories, toys and maternity items. Coordinating all of these manufacturers is easier when the distribution center is closer to them. When you received the notification, six day ago, your order was in transit from our overseas distribution center, towards here in the US. During its' transit from overseas, it will be managed by our International Courier partner. Fedex will be able to show the package's status once it arrives here and finishes its' Customs Clearance procedures. Don't worry, to set your expectations and in the spirit of Honesty, we've taken this transit from overseas into account in the Shipping time frames we've disclosed. Hi Nita, Although true for some of our items, we work with many brands around the world who produce clothes, accessories, toys and maternity items.
I have written them emails, posted comments on Facebook and on their website (which they immediately delete) and have not received one response. I have tried to find a phone number online but the company owner is hidden and no phone numbers or alternate email addresses are available. The only way to contact them is to click on their customer service icon and send a message (I've done this five or six times but never got a response. If anyone has a different contact method please share. FYI, I got an address on them in California but there is no listing of them being in the facility located at the address when doing additional search.

You can be assured that items are consistent with our size chart with an allowable deviation of only 2 centimeters for our Baby & Toddler products, 4 centimeters for our regular selections for Men and Women, and 5 centimeters for our Maternity/Nursing selections. For the best fit, we do recommend buyers to not base their choice on the size they normally purchase, but to use a measuring tape and compare your measurements with our size chart. When measuring around your body, such as bust, waist, and hips, you want to ensure that it is as horizontal as possible. Ensure that the measuring tool is always close to your body, but don't hold it too tight. The general rule is close but comfortable - not tight and not loose. You may also measure a similar style of clothing you currently own, that fits you well, and compare which size it corresponds to on our size chart.
