I thought i was using a site to get a passport. turns out i was charged $69.00 on my credit card and received nothing. i would like a refund. how do i go about getting a refund. i was charged 6/24/15. i went a head a got a passport from the correct site.

Answer:

I thought they could issue me a passport renewal turns out I was charged 99.00 on my credit card and my identity was stolen by these criminals. These people should be locked up and throw away the key.

Question:

Are they gathering all the information used in applying for a passport to use for identity theft and or to sell it to identity thieves?

Answer:

I believe that to be the case, but do not know for sure. Therefore, I froze all my credit reports and changed all security questions on my bank accounts, etc. to questions that could not be answered by the information supplied to this company.
