How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PacificGolfClubs?

I called Saturday afternoon. James answered immediately. The number was a mobile phone so I was able to text a photo and details helpful to expedite resolution regarding a product defect.

Their entire operation is customer service. They are never interacting with anyone without serving them. It's in their DNA.
