I purchased my bands and received NO CONFIRMATION OR A ETA ON MY PACKAGE NOBODY FROM ORTHOFILL IS EMAILING BACK EITHER. IS THERE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE I CAN CONTACT? This has been a TERRIBLE experience so far

The same thing happend to me and whenever I email them it dosent send correctly
