Within a few days after purchase and after seeing this website, I cancelled my order. They acknowledged and accepted my cancellation after a few bouts back and forth. Unfortunately, it's been over two months now and they still haven't refunded the money. I'm still battling this out with my credit card provider. They apparently are having no success either. If this doesn't speak to the unethical nature of this merchant, I don't know what will. Buyer's beware...

I had the same experience as Rob. I found out the driver i bought from them was fake a few months after i bought it so it was to late to dispute it with paypal or my bank. I confronted them about it and all they offered me was $15. If you just ordered the clubs and used paypal try to dispute it with them. You can also see if your bank or credit card company will do anything. I contacted Callaway about them and they said they couldnt do anything about it because they are located in China. Good luck, I hope you can get your money back.

I wish I saw this website a few days ago. I just purchased a set of Callaway I-brids yesterday thinking they were/are what they say they are. Any recommendations how one might be able to void the transaction?

They sell fakes manufactured in China! Got a set of AP2 from them with an actual serial number on them from a real set. The set registered with Titleist no problem but Titleist told me that the set isn’t the real. Anybody that bought a Titleist set needs to call 1-800-742-6709 or 508-979-3147 Titleist’s Legal department.
