Can you share a success story using Orangetheory?

I have had memberships at other gyms.
Orange theory is expensive but it really works
The coaches know what there doing the heart rate base workouts work for me it is challenging and it never gets any easier but you will get results just take 8 classes a month do what you can afford! Must insurance will reimburse you for having a gym membership. I'm on Medicareadvantage and they pay for 8 classes a month good luck on your fitness journey!
