Just the fact that their answers were thorough and timely make Optima a success with me. I started out with 2 other different companies. One, Tax Relief Associates, took $900 in payments and wouldn't even return my calls or emails. The second company, United Tax Dense, parted ways with my tax preparer and didn't notify me. They billed and charged me before i authorized the charges, which were at least refunded after I disputed them with my bank.
