I ordered a rainbow quartz pendant on May 28, 2019. It is now June 13 & i am still waiting for it. How long does shipping take from new Zealand ?

I waited a very long time for my order to ship. If it was part of a promotion, it can take up to 40 days to process. I contacted customer service and they sorted it out for me.
