There is an option for cancellation:

If you purchased your subscription on the OnlinePianist website: https://www.onlinepianist.com/account
There is an option in the settings page once you login to your account on the website. Alternatively, you can email OnlinePianist at onlinepianist.com with a request to cancel. The timing of the cancellation will be counted as the timing of your message to them if you choose the latter option.
