All I can tell you is my experience.. I paid £19.99 for whatever a pre order is and 2 days later I got an email saying they can remove the iCloud account from my iPad.. Nothing was ever done and they never responded to a single message. The best thing to do is report them to Action Fraud. Total scam artists. The review site that they claim is even bogus. Try clicking on the link. Get your money back from your bank or Nochex. If enough people report them as scam artists Nochex will have to stop processing payments for them.

Unfortunately yes. This site is a scam. Most service providers will now unlock phones for as little as £8. This company is totally unnecessary.
