Question:

I'm ending my second day of Phase 2 and I have lost 7 pounds already. I think I was up 4# after the two day phase one so i; ll say net 3#. Anyway, about the stevia ad sacharin. Can you use that on whatever you want? Can water flavoring such as Crystal light be used? How big of portions are the limit for the vegetables?
