They took my order & money over a month ago, with a promise of Christmas delivery. No chair yet, no updates or communication. I'd say it's a SCAM.

Definitely a Scam. They won't refund you after returning their product.

In my opinion, their advertising is deceptive.

I suspect it is a scam or at most a highly unethical company.

Ordered a chair months ago and get told it is coming... still no arrival

Most likely a fraudulent company posting fake reviews here. No way from the reviews are they anything but a zero star company. My experience with them has been very bad. The box I received was empty and they refuse to send a replacement or issue a credit. Instead they threatened me if I went to my cc company, which I did.

In my experience (two orders, about two and a half years apart), it's a legit company and goes out of its way to make sure you're satisfied.

Legit company. You'll get a chair. But you'll get it in a month, interrible shape and it'll be the wrong chair.
