They are a legit company but will offer high and then low ball you 1 day before closing

I guess they're legit, but as I said in my review after they purchased the house in my neighborhood, it took way to long for a response to secure the property they just purchased! So if you're the previous owner and have your $$$ your ok, if you're the new buyer, well I'd be Leary

Legitimate company that wants to buy your house for large discount.

They are a clueless and offensive company. They don't deserve any stars.

As far as I am concerned they don't deserve 1 star.
