Why did NZ Post take one of their features that was pretty fair IE: the old tracking format with links to Trademe and ruin it.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at NZPost.co.nz?

Answer:
Extremely hard. They purposely make it impossible to talk to someone real especially if you have a complaint to lodge
