I made a multiple item purchases for gifts to my fiends and family. They only sent a small portion of the order and it was all the wrong sizes.
6 months later and they still haven't fulfilled my order. They ultimately stole $140.00 funny thing is I used my PayPal account to make payment believing it was safer I opened a case against noracora and PayPal sided with them. PayPal sucks too. Don't send them a dime, they are thieves.

I contacted my credit card company and explained to them the situation:
"Yes, I did business with the company. However, this is a SCAM company, takes customers' money and do not deliver accordingly". I got my refund back within a week.

Where is your company located and why do you not have an address or phone number on your website?

They are located in China. It just cost me $23.50 to send my junk I received from them back. Had I known it would be that expensive I would have just thrown them away. Too embarrassed to walk out of post office after filling out custom return form. We all have been scammed by these people. I filed a complaint with the federal gov. I think more people should do that. I believe Noracora sent me a return label at my expense is because of my complaint.

This company is located in some part of China but it throws customers off like it's located within the United States but when you ask for a return that's where they tell you that items need to be returned to China and you the customer has to pay for all fees
