It's like Clifford said, the first shipment contains free pieces, and premium pieces. If you don't want to continue the subscription, you can cancel it, and send the premium piece back to them. You get to keep the free pieces, though, either way. You are going to want to stay subscribed, though, because it's the premium pieces that are really nice
You have to go to their section on "how it works", then click "read more", so you can see their terms and conditions. They offer a trial feature, which I guess is supposed to be helpful, but I think some people don't get how it works, and so they get slammed with charges for the pieces they are receiving on trial. You just didn't learn how it works. It's a great service, but obviously you have to learn how it works...
I haven't had issues with the service, as I love it, and am still subscribed, but their website literally has instructions on how to get support. For Example: "With this FREE piece, you'll receive two additional specially curated jewelry pieces to try. Each piece is only $24.99 (up to 80% off retail). Keep and pay for what you like and return what you don't. There's never any requirement to buy. Cancel anytime." They have a support page. Not really sure why some people are saying it's a scam. I got my jewelry in the mail!
