Hi there, I'm in Australia and just placed an order with Neiman Marcus for a handbag... but now reading the reviews I'm freaking out! Is it really that bad? I need to find a way to cancel my order!

The company was under unvestigation by 6 Attorney Generals for its databreach. Then it just lost customers identities again. It clearly has Problems securing its computers. It has had multiple cases of selling mis labeled clothing and had to setlle with The Federal Trade Commision... How can anyone trust them? The company also had headlines for poor treatment of its employees and class action lawsuits... Unlike any other merchant... They claim to be an upscale retailer so why is all this going on?
