Hi i have credit with ncrowd in the uk what has happened to them and how do i get my money.

Answer:

They are Boomstreet now. Filed bankruptcy and changed their name. That way, they can keep all of the money they have collected from buyers and not send the merchandise. Merchants that do send merchandise on behalf of newly named Boomstreet WILL NOT GET PAID. I recommend finding Boomstreet online and sending them relentless emails demanding your money back. Don't let them keep your hard earned money! Feel free to answer back with updates. Good luck!

I ordered two items from you several monthes ago and have never received them! tried to get a hold of the customer service site and can't. have i been charged? how to i rectify this situation?

Answer:

Au contraire! THey are collecting money and selling items that won't ship because they don't pay their merchants. THey are now operating under Boomstreet and selling as usual. When they get too deep they will change their name again and start over.

I didn't know that you were going into liquidation till just now when i tried to book a meal, i have 3 vouchers will i get a refund, linda price

Answer:

If you paid with your credit card, ask your credit card company for a chargeback ASAP. Tell them that your nCrowd store credit is useless because the business is closed and the website is shut down. Also, send them the below link as evidence that nCrowd has shut down. If you have used a credit card, Call them they will dispute the charges.

I purchased 2 segway deals from ncrowd in september before they were taken over by boomstreet. i have today received a phone call from the segway company telling me they haven't been paid so can't honour my bookings. as i paid by debit card rather than credit card, what recourse, if any, do i have?

Answer:

Sad to say it might be a tough lesson learned as not sure there is any recourse

You see how it works!? Credit card companies will eat some of the mess that boomstreet/ncorwd has caused. Merchants don't have that luxury. Keep barraging boomstreet help emails for your money!

So to update... i threatened to call the police if i was not refunded within 72 hours. i purchased three boxes at 29.99 each plus shipping which equals $89.97 (with me so far?) 15 minutes later (!) they replied to tell me they had added an $84 store credit to my account to use on my next purchase (after i specifically told them not to issue me a credit). my head exploded. if my credit card is not refunded by the close of business tuesday january 6 2015 i am calling the police and having them investigated. i know someone from ncrowd is reading this... piss me off some more, i dare you :)

They won't issue ANY CREDITS or REFUNDS! CROOKS!
