How much is the refund if you have to go pick up the truck 2.5 hrs each way? they did this to me on the first booking and now trying again..

Why are you so corrupted and evil when for a fact you are going to pay for your robbery and fraud, soon or later. ?!?!?!

When does the customer know when the damaged vehicle is repaired as to get the difference in thier excess back. your company has taken £1000. 00 excess plus £200 vat from my credit card account for a scratch on the vehicle i hired and i have not heard any regarding the repairs. i am terrified to call your company because you speak to the same person who has no customer service experience.
