The savings on the diamondback bikes are really good---is it a real price? Are these bikes brand new? I have heard of some bike stores selling new bikes but with used parts to keep prices low. Did your bikes hold up for over a year with parts not breaking?

It has been my experience that some "new" bikes sold by Nashbar do contain used parts, sometimes in bad shape.
