What is going on? You have gone radio silent with no explanation. Your many customers who have spent thousands of dollars over the years deserve some information. Especially those of us whose money you have taken with no merchandise received. Lindi Strobel

Jeanine, Sorry to disappoint you but I was never able to contact higher management with this company, they are very well insulated. Best to deal with your credit card company however their Terms and Conditions protect them from bad business practices. Advise to read all T & C's very carefully before you bye. Don

NapaStyle has some wonderful merchandise, which I have happily used for years. But beware that if you order something that is time sensitive (perhaps as a birthday or holiday gift), you will likely be disapointed. This is the second year that merchandise I was either to receive or ordered is three months or more late.
