Question:

TOTAL CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! I have ordered from them several times in the past and had good luck with sizing and styles. However, I placed an order in December and bought the recommended sizes. There were eight items in my order and seven of them I can live with. One sweater they send me is HUGE. They have my measurements, they know my size! I wear a L/XL and this sweater says XL on the tag but it fits a 3X. Of course it was a sale item, "no returns". I have tried to contact them by phone many, many times but they force you to leave a message. Because the size of this item is all wrong, I don't feel the customer should be the one responsible for that (especially given their "gimmick"). They never call back, but did send me a curt e-mail basically stating "sale merchandise, you're screwed". I sent a detailed e-mail and have not gotten a response at all. I am also getting to the point of contacting my credit card company to see if I can reverse that portion of my charge.
