How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at MyPhotoWallet?

I got a response via email, but was extremely unhelpful.

Not easy at all! They take a week to respond you your email and even when they do respond, they could care less to help you

Its not! They direct you to an automated messenger site. No live person to speak to.

Honestly I contacted them once and they got right back to me on their chat option. Seriously guys I always run into problems if it's a problem there but I had absolutely nothing wrong or bad to say I recommend
