I just received my order after a very long wait and am very disappointed at the quality, Your products are not cheap by any means and they are so much more smaller than they look on line. The name necklace is more like gift you get out of a $1.00 lucky dip machine & I would be embarrassed to give to my 28 year old daughter and the family tree necklace is no better. Cheap and nasty looking, with flimsy chains and very light weight. What is your return policy if any, after reading your reviews I don't hold much hope? They look and feel like something you would by from a cheap flea market to be honest & will proably only last as long?
