A download link is valid for 7 days - this is why the error message appeared. This is clearly specified in the e-mail received immediately after purchasing. After those 7 days the link is no longer valid, HOWEVER you can create a support request on myHelpHub.com and our support team WILL provide a new one within 24 hours, without any extra charges.
