Customers generally buy refurbished watches and they expect New packaging for the same. This will be an injustice to NEW watches if refurbished watches are sold with same warranty and new boxes.

The watches are however in new condition only

Are these watch are genuine. As i gone through with two reviews they've rated 1 star and quoting as recived copy watch without proper manual or bills and i dont see your reply to them... how i can be sure that the watch is genuine before ordering
