I have two stamps and they both have dried up with very little use. Is there any way to get them working again?

R THEY AS BAD AS THEIR REVIEWS?
3-14-12 ordered product, as of 3-31-12 I have yet to receive the product, email to the company comes back as undeliverable, and the phone number is not in service. Those idiots took my money!
