I have spent hours on the phone with no resolution, repeating my issue every time to every person and when you finally get through to a supervisor they act as stupid as the original person! They want me to pay for service I never received and when I did not pay my bill because my equipment was not working they sent be a bill for 0ver $800 for breaking my contract! They broke the contract by not doing their job to provide me with the service and when you tell them that they say well all you have to do is pay your past due and then we will send someone out to repair the problem! Why should I have to PAY them to repair the equipment they installed that never worked to begin with!? I am searching for an attorney. They will not get away with this kind of crappy service and then leaving me with a bill for refusing me to pay for a service I am not receiving!

Let me know if you find an attorney that would like to take this Class Action. I would gladly jump on board because of the way this company treats people and by not living up to their product and contractual agreements.
