When is the DL tablet going to get a software upgrade that will fix it from being a paperweight? I have had mine going on three months. Right after purchasing it it gets a forced spftware upgrade that will no longer allow iot to log into the DL system. So far I have gone thru 5 new tablets mailed out by AT&T. This is bull considering I paid for this device to be part of your DL system and can't use it.

How is this digital life alarm system, is it worth the money? I don't like the fact they have a 2 year contract and if you move you have to renew it for another 2 years

I have spent hours on the phone with no resolution, repeating my issue every time to every person and when you finally get through to a supervisor they act as stupid as the original person! They want me to pay for service I never received and when I did not pay my bill because my equipment was not working they sent be a bill for 0ver $800 for breaking my contract! They broke the contract by not doing their job to provide me with the service and when you tell them that they say well all you have to do is pay your past due and then we will send someone out to repair the problem! Why should I have to PAY them to repair the equipment they installed that never worked to begin with!? I am searching for an attorney. They will not get away with this kind of crappy service and then leaving me with a bill for refusing me to pay for a service I am not receiving!

Answer:
Let me know if you find an attorney that would like to take this Class Action. I would gladly jump on board because of the way this company treats people and by not living up to their product and contractual agreements.

Outdoor camera is not showing correct date. It's showing May 30th when it's actually June 8

I would like to have the capability to allow for continuous monitoring of the camera on a tablet without the app timing out, and not have to re-click the icon to open the app for viewing time after time. We use the camera to monitor the front door and want instant access anytime without having to log back into the app. Can you look at improving the app to allow the end user this capability? Other competitors have this capability already.

Is there a number that I can call to get something done to fix what had been done to my home from this installation? BBB I feel will be the only way next if getting someone to reply. Holes in wall.
