When I try to go through Mr. Rebates for a purchase I get a black screen with this in the address bar of the browser. https://di.rlcdn.com/709982.htm

Unfortunately, this may be some type of redirect on your browser. The only information we could find about this odd URL that you are showing in your browser bar is the reference in the Microsoft forums in the URL below:

We would suggest trying a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) and also making sure you scan your PC for viruses / malware to make sure there are no issues.
