Near impossible. The phone number is a recorded message. They don't return calls. Don't expect to access the live chat feature unless it's late at night. Even then they place you in a cue that doesn't move.

Completely impossible! They dont respond to to phone calls at all and the best i got from emails was a literal, 3 word response.
