It is a scam. You pay for new product and you get used one then you can not return it.

Scam. They kept my item and my money:(
The item they sent me did not fit my computer and even tho they offer free returns supposedly they made me pay for shipping the item back. One month later and after 3 emails, Facebook messages and website contact emails they are still ignoring my messages.
