Hi, normally we ship after 1st payment is received. However, sometimes a series of payments is required first. This can be requested for various reasons, such as something in the supporting documents or if there missing information from the account that flags the file. This is usually only asked for the first order, and any new ones you place going forward would not have to go through the same security steps.
