How do I get a refund without filing a CC dispute. Maxxspy ripped me off. I paid them $29.99 and my service expired after 3 days. All over the website it says "24/7 support", "100% money back guarantee". The only way to contact them is through email and they do not respond. Has anyone else experienced this issue and received a resolution. Please help.
