They will keep you on hold for hours when trying to cancel and refer you to their email option of canceling. After sending several emails, I found out they were being blocked by the company. They will also switch email addresses on you so you are not able to cancel. It took me 6 months to cancel and after that, they resigned me up to their site and fraudulently charged my card. I am reporting them if they do not refund all of my payments they fraudulentlty charged to my debit account. My bank is working on getting the total amount charged which was well over $100. Steer clear of this site.
