This match.com site is a scam. I want to at least get some of my money back. I called their customer service number, and talked to there manager and is was some foreign douch bag that gave me the whole disclaimer bull-shit. If they can't help people they need to admit to it and refund the people, and go out of business like a so-called reputable company should.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST. I HAD AN ACCOUNT THAT GOT HACKED TWICE. FINALLY, I DELETED THE ACCOUNT AND CREATED A NEW ONE. THAT ONE GOT HACKED TOO. FRAUDULENT CHARGES WENT ON MY CARD AND I DISPUTED THEM-GOT MY MONEY BACK. THEIR SYSTEM SECURITY IS NON-EXISTENT AND YOUR CARD INFO. AND PERSONAL INFO. WILL BE EXPOSED AND JEOPARDIZED. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST. THEY DON'T HAVE TO SELL YOUR INFO. HACKERS GET IT EASILY FOR FREE.

Yes it is unfortunate that there marketing is very friendly and nice sounding but in reality their demonstrated lack of compassion and absolutely zilch, zero, nada customer support is indicative of a company that is solely driven by greed. Note the ower of match, IAC, also owns tinder and is thinking of selling match. When selling a company it is usually customary to increase revenue by any legal means necessary so as to increase the selling price of the company. Also known as pump and dump.
