I just subscribed for one month, but I disliked the site and would not like to continue with the service. Can I get reimbursed for a subscription I do not want to keep and cancel it now?

Don't cancel your card just charge back. It will cost them money if do so and you will win because the credit card company won't be able to reach them either. Automatic win for you.

Folks, I would suggest anyone who has been ripped off by them file an on line report with the Federal Trade Commission. I frankly can't believe they are getting away with this when I see thousands of people with the came complaints. I think Match Group recently went public on the stock exchange. I believe match group also runs several other on line dating sites with varying names (not certain which ones they are).

These are thieves that in most cases are operating from other countries. They want your credit card information because once they get it, it's difficult to get your money back. I tricked them into believing that I had contacted the state attorney general's office, and the attorney general advised me to turn my device over to the FBI. They refunded 1 month of my money. They were charging my credit card for 3 different sites before I could stop them. Had to cancel my credit card and close my bank account that it was connected to. The potential for the huge amount of money that you could lose should be enough to make you stay away from these sites.

They will never give money back. They will do everything they can to scam you into paying more. Cancel your card, is best advice I can give. I am canceling mine. Think only way to stop them.

They are crooks that put themselves first, and don't give refunds. Let people know, and attack there cash that way, BBB, Sight Jabber, ETC File a claim with your bank, but Match has you open one email past your month, and feel they have a way to rip you off. We need the media to tell our stories and REALLY get them, and protect others!

That is a huge difference than 3 mons for sure. Once they get your credit card and you click on a certain dot, you are in, and they don't care... even the CC company will not stop it... I had to wait until I left the site and then called my CC company and told them NOT to allow them to use my card in case they tried. That doesnt guaranteee it either. The credit card company wants your money too. I was really pis*ed
Match did this another person I know and she called her attorney... that's all it took. He made the call and they returned her money right away. At first they said it woud be up to so many days ( 90) and he said if you do not return the money today, then add interest that you will collect in those days awhile holding it and also add interest that she will be charged.
DO NOT trust them with your credit card and make sure they send you confirmation about dropping out. This site is full of spamers. I STILL receive all kinds of email about everyting regarding sex or ED... I understand that tis works for some people. But I think a lot of these ads are staged so be careful.
I am all about doing tings right and honestly I will never go back. They are as low as it goes. I called and sent emails to Dr Phil about all of this since he was supporting them at one point but I have never heard back. Hmmmm
Good luck to you. READ reviews before you ever spend money these days. It is so helpful... read a lot of them and get facts before you decide... people care, thats why they are here...
