Scam that takes money and tries to get out of paying claims

Horrible company. My aunt paid for a Manhattan Life cancer policy for 36 years. She died of cancer 2/24/24 and they refuse to pay a dime. I've submitted her death certificate, which lists carcinoma as her COD, and her pathology reports and medical records. They still refuse to pay.
