More questions about MakerGeeks
I ordered FDA approved PLA filaments last June, but I haven't received them so far. In spite of my hundreds emails, I haven't received any response or return my money. We use the filament for research project, and this has seriously delayed our project progress. Can anyone respond this and solve this long-standing problem.
This question is for reviewer "Scott D." In your review you said: "I just noticed all of the one star reviews below. Not sure who these people are...Not sure what agenda these reviewers have..." I will be happy to tell you my "agenda" for writing a 1-star review: To warn people that MakerGeeks.com is a SCAM business. I can PROVE that I was defrauded by Joshua and I gave that proof to the Better Business Bureau, as have several other customers. Anyone who wants to know the TRUTH, can look up MakerGeeks.com on the BBB site. Search for "MakerGeeks.com" or Maker Geeks" (2 words). The BBB did an INVESTIGATION of MakerGeeks.com and made a report, with the result being a rating of F and 1 star. The BBB says: "The BBB letter grade represents the BBB's opinion of how the business is likely to interact with its customers. The ratings system relies on a proprietary formula that takes into account 17 factors based on objective information and actual incidences of a businesss behavior that have been verified and evaluated by BBB professionals." Considering the BBB's very negative report on MakerGeeks.com, why should anyone trust the 5-star reviews here? Fake reviews are easy to write. Note that in this question section, Joshua continues to ignore my request for his phone # and address. Also note that according to the BBB report, MakerGeeks.com failed to provide valid contact info. It obviously does not want to respond to all the complaints. Hiding from its customers and the BBB--does that sound like a legit business?
You claim to give prompt replies to customer questions, but you have still not answered my question. Surely a legit business would be happy to tell its phone # and address?
Joshua Smith, I have a question: What is the phone # and mailing address for MakerGeeks.com? Your website says you are in Springfield, Missouri, but there has never been a mailing address, street address, or phone # listed. Last year during their investigation of your business, the Better Business Bureau (which gives MakerGeeks.com a rating of F) was unable to find any valid contact info for your company and there was no response to their emails, despite multiple attempts over several months. "The BBB has sent the complaints to a previous address in the Springfield area via USPS and they were returned to sender. Complaints sent to the current address for this company have not been answered. BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning delivery and refund issues. Consumers have ordered and paid for products and the company has not delivered the product to the consumer or issued a refund." Since being unable to contact your company is causing problems, I would like to give you the opportunity to clear it up now. Therefore, I respectfully request the phone # and address for MakerGeeks.com.
